Due to his irritations (other than me),
all sorts of food DH has enjoyed eating,
are now off limits.
Over Christmas, a wide variety of seasonal provisions were purchased
and that which had not been consumed
was left languishing in the larder.
and that which had not been consumed
was left languishing in the larder.
DH embarked on a mission to purge the fridge
and remove temptation.
and remove temptation.
"Are you going to eat this coleslaw?"
I look at him.
I have NEVER eaten coleslaw.
It went in the bin.
Sorted.
It went in the bin.
Sorted.
Over twenty-nine years of marriage and my husband still has the ability to amaze me...

Meanwhile, the KHT had gone off on an adventure.
I was sent a picture of her lunch - an impressive Ploughman's.
She does enjoy her cheese and pickled onions and has recently discovered Branston.
However, note what is between the cheese and the bread - COLESLAW!!!
Next, I received a text advising me that she had not been tempted by the greens, but had devoured half of that white gloopy messy mass aka coleslaw - a first for her!
Perhaps we were a bit hasty in disposing of that tub that was lurking in the fridge.
Oh, the mysteries of coleslaw - like Marmite, you either love it,
or you just don't!
I just don't
but it looks like the KHT has changed her mind.
